How to Manipulate the texture and coverage to your liking. Are you looking for sheer or bold? You can add more or less powder to your mixture depending on how opaque you want your coverage to be. Scoop a little powder into a lid, and add the Liquid FX. Mix until even consistency. To avoid clumsiness, be sure to add plenty Fluid FX to keep the application nice and smooth.
