-Apply a thin even layer of glitter adhesive
-Dab the glitter on over the adhesive, pick up more glitter as needed
-Gently remove with water/makeup remover

*Do a patch test before using any cosmetics to avoid irritation. Before you start to use a new product, place a small amount on the inside of your elbow and wait 48 to 72 hours.
